Jennifer's photography course in Tuscany was a real highlight! Her enthusiasm and attention to detail made the workshop a unique experience. Every minute was perfectly planned - from the time spent photographing to relaxing moments in authentic Tuscan restaurants. Jennifer creates an atmosphere in which you can not only develop creatively, but also feel really comfortable. I can only recommend this course to anyone who wants to combine photography with pleasure and passion. I am already looking forward to redeeming my voucher for 2025!
As complete beginners, we signed up for the ‘Golden Autumn’ photo trip to Slovenia without any prior knowledge. And on the very first day of our trip, we learnt so much technical stuff that we could not have read in a 350-page camera textbook. And so we had a lot more fun, entertainment, delicious food, sporting activities and plenty of breathtaking photo opportunities. Our guides Jenny and Dan are such warm-hearted people who, thanks to their professional and approachable manner, not only created a great balance between us beginners and absolute experts, but also ensured that we had one of the best holiday trips ever.
Excellent preparation of the trip, exemplary organisation on site, well-chosen accommodation, perfectly selected daily programme (always plan A and B ready!). The photo tour guide was excellent, both Jenny and Dan > a super team! The physical challenge was manageable for everyone, very interestingly selected photo spots, well harmonising group with a cheerful atmosphere. In short, the trip was a complete success. A photo trip that I can only recommend to everyone: You get to know a well-kept, friendly and welcoming, cosmopolitan country with an exciting history and a beautiful landscape. It's not for nothing that it's known as the Switzerland of the Balkans and Slovenia is now an insider tip. My opinion: This country is a must-see and Amazing View offers it on a platter. Don't hesitate, join us on our next trip!

Great locations. Good group size. In the right place at the right time. Always an answer to questions about motifs, technique or picture ideas. A nice group of fellow photographers and all-round carefree photo support and organization from Jenny. All this in combination with delicious Italian cuisine in hand-picked restaurants - what more could you want? Thank you, Jenny!
The enchanting Tuscany in late autumn, the picturesque villages and small towns of the region, the unmistakable charm of “Bella Italia” in culture and gastronomy and the perfect organization and support by Amazing Views / Jenny from start to finish. In other words: this photo tour is simply not to be missed. It is a “must” for every photo enthusiast and landscape lover.
After your individual arrival, we meet at the airport in Venice. We will then be transferred to our first mountain hut in the Dolomites.
The first sunset photo session will take place in the late afternoon.
Over the next few days, you will spend the night in various mountain huts in the heart of the Dolomite peaks. These rifugios are situated in prime locations with great views. At sunrise and sunset, you will hike to nearby viewpoints and fantastic photo spots.
You will spend the night on the Passo delle Erbe and find countless opportunities for landscape and nature shots on this mountain pass with its peaceful mountain pastures and towering forests. Spending the night at the foot of the Cinque Torri offers you fantastic views of one of the most breathtaking locations in the Dolomites. You will also spend the night in one of the highest mountain huts in the Dolomites, where you can take breathtaking photos of the fantastic mountain scenery. Another mountain hut is located in the region of the picturesque Passo Rolle, which is known for its fabulous views of the jagged peaks of the Pale group. There is a small mountain lake in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, in which the dramatic peaks are perfectly reflected – a particularly impressive motif at sunset.
Between the photo sessions, you will have free time in the afternoon to relax, explore the area individually or view your photos.
After breakfast and a possible last photo session, a transfer will take you back to Venice airport. This photo tour ends here at around midday and you start your individual journey home or onwards.
On this photo tour, you will spend the night in cozy rifugios (mountain huts) in the middle of the imposing mountain world of the Dolomites.

In June, the weather in the Dolomites is usually mild and pleasant. Early summer is the time of the colorful alpine flowers. Temperatures in the low mountains range from 10-18 degrees during the day. In the high mountains it can be significantly cooler and snow is still common at this time of year.
You should be fit enough to hike 2 – 3 hours per day with your photographic equipment including clothing and personal items. The hikes lead over uneven terrain. The difference in altitude of the hikes is moderate due to the use of chair lifts.
This photo tour is outdoor-oriented and we spend a lot of time outdoors in nature. We recommend that you bring robust and well-worn hiking boots as well as appropriate outdoor clothing in layers and rainwear. Hiking poles and a windproof but lightweight tripod are useful. A silk sleeping bag is necessary for one of the mountain huts.
We will put together the exact daily program on site at short notice in order to be able to deal with the respective weather and light conditions. In order to capture images at the right time and with the best light during the golden and blue hour, we will be out and about especially during the times of sunrise and sunset. In between, during lunch time and in the afternoon, you may have time at your own disposal. You can relax, explore the area or participate in our photo discussion and tutorials. Upon request or if we have fantastic weather and light conditions, we can also add another photo session in the afternoon.
