Photo Guide

Take pictures like a pro with Albie Venter
Albie Venter takes responsibility for leading this private photo tour, or if he is unavailable, another guide from our team will take over.

Albie Venter
Albie Venter studied natural sciences and is a trained guide for South Africa and Kenya. He can draw on many years of experience as a photographer and guide. His pictures are frequently published in magazines such as Africa Geographic, Wild Planet, Africa Birds and Birding, African Birdlife, WILD, Getaway, Southern African Country Life and East African Travel News.

Through his in-depth training, keen understanding of nature and trained eye, he is able to spot small and extraordinary things. While others mainly focus on the larger animals, he makes people aware of the small things that often remain concealed from the observer. This means he is in a position to take surprising pictures with his camera. Albie is a first-rate guide and will be able to show you all the mammals, birds and reptiles of Africa and explain them fully. As a passionate photographer, Albie will help you to get perfect shots every time. He can anticipate the behaviour of animals and thus ensure that the vehicle is pointing at the right angle towards the animals. He is regularly out and about in the national parks of southern and eastern African countries.
